Venkat Balasubramani
Venkat Balasubramani is one of the co-founders of Focal PLLC, a law firm focused on internet, new media, and technology clients. Venkat has over 10 years of experience as a lawyer, and focuses on representing clients in copyright, trademark, domain name, and internet-related disputes. He’s an active blogger – he blogs at Professor Eric Goldman’s Technology & Marketing Law Blog, where he writes about issues ranging from spam to legal issues around social media. He has been quoted in a variety of publications ranging from The Register, to Seattle PI and Media Post. You can follow him on Twitter @VBalasubramani.
Madhu Singh
Madhu Singh is the founder and principal attorney at MK Singh Law Office. Before starting her own business, she practiced law in both law firm and in-house counsel environments. Madhu enjoys growing her new firm by empowering other entrepreneurs and small businesses to get organized and protect themselves. In addition, she educates entrepreneurs by hosting brown bag events on various topics such as “Social Media and the Law” and “Care and Feeding of your LLC,” and is a member of several community organizations. In her spare time, she advises, and volunteers, at local non- profits. Madhu holds a JD and a MBA from the University of Kansas.

William Carleton is a member of McNaul Ebel Nawrot & Helgren PLLC, a Seattle law firm. He works with startups and emerging tech companies, their founders and investors.
